Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may return it unopened (seal and shrink wrap intact) within 14 days of receipt. We will give you a full refund.

Please note:
Opened products can only be returned if they are defective.

Please follow the steps below to process your refund efficiently.

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accompanying documents.
  2. Contact Customer Service Team at [email protected]. Describe the reason you want to return products.
    If your order can be returned according to the return policy above, we will provide a free return address. If the customer bears the shipping fee, we cannot refund it.
  3. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

How to complain about missing orders
Undelivered orders must be reported to [email protected] within 2 weeks of receipt of shipping notification. This will be extended for he up to 4 weeks for deliveries outside the EU. We are sorry, but we cannot accept claims outside of this period.
