What is the benefit of AHCC mushroom extract?

AHCC is used by patients to prevent and treat cancer. AHCC has anti-inflammatory and anticancer properties, as well as increased resistance to microbial infections and may protect against oxidative stress-induced diseases.

Does AHCC boost immune system?

AHCC is a functional dietary supplement that can help maintain and defend your immune system whether you are healthy or have one or more health concerns. Numerous studies have shown that AHCC has the capacity to generate and drive major alterations in the immune system.

What are the ingredients in Immunomax?

2 capsules of normal daily intake provide of AHCC® 500 mg.
Other ingredients are:
Freeze dried mycelium preparation from shiitake, Anti-caking agent microcrystalline cellulose, Plant based capsule shell hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Can I take Immunomax AHCC daily?

Take 1 capsule twice per day for normal daily use, for therapeutic use: 4 – 8 capsules three times per day.

What are most important ingredients of Immunomax AHCC?

Like other mushrooms, it contains a mixture of polysaccharides, glycoproteins, amino acids, and minerals. AHCC is also rich in alpha-1,4-glucan oligosaccharides, which are believed to enhance its biologic activities

Can I amend the delivery option for my order?

If you have any questions in regards to your order, please contact us here. We can change the receiver name and delivery address prior to order despatch. Once your order is shipped, we can not change anything.

I have entered the wrong shipping address, can this be changed?

If the order had been dispatched it is now too late to amend your delivery address. If the order is still being prepared for dispatch please contact [email protected] for assistance. In some cases the order may be cancelled in order for you to place it again with the correct details.

Where are your products manufactured?

We are a Finnish company and always aim to sell food supplements manufactured in Finland to GMP standards.  All products formulations are also from Finland. Raw materials can be sourced in Finland and across the world, to strict pharmaceutical or food grade standards.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we deliver to countries all over the world including America, Asia & Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa. Though, there might be some limitations due to unknown or not clear customs procedures.
If you don’t find your delivery country on the list during checkout process, please contact our Customer Service Team to see if we can deliver to your country of destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery to all EU countries and UK costs €19. International delivery charges vary, the cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout upon placing your order. If you don’t find your delivery country on the list during checkout process, please contact our Customer Service Team to see if we can deliver to your country of destination.
Delivery of 4 packs or more of Immunomax® AHCC® order subtotal over €156 is free for EU and UK.
When basket subtotal is €39 or lower (for example 1 pack of Immunomax® AHCC®) we will charge extra €10 for handling. Please add more items to the basket to avoid handling fee.
Free delivery is also available for non-EU countries when it is the country we ship orders to. In this case free delivery is provided for 6 packs of Immunomax® AHCC® or basket subtotal over €195.

What are customs fee in my country for order from Finland?

We are unable to comment on any customs fees that may be applied by the destination country and these will be at the customer’s obligation.

Can you deliver to my workplace?

Yes we can deliver to workplaces.

How long will my order take?

The standard time frame from Finnish customers is 3 – 5 working days, however, this may vary depending on the time of year and / or exceptional circumstances, such around the festive season and New year. International delivery (EU and UK) has a lead time of 10-12 working days.
It might take longer to deliver outside EU and will also depend on customs procedures.

My username / password doesn’t seem to be working to log in

Please reset your password by using the ‘forgot my password’ link on the ‘my account’ page. Please ensure your email address is spelt correctly.

I have paid my order but it’s status is still ‘On hold’. Why is that?

When you pay your order we authorise the payment but not capture. Once we have checked the payment for fraud and availability of product/s in the stock, we will capture it and your order will change its status for ‘Processing’.

I have paid my order, when will you ship it?

If the delivery country is in EU and all products are in stock, we will ship your order on the next working day. If the delivery country is outside EU, we will need a couple of days to prepare customs documents.

How many packs of product can I order?

You can order as many as you want. We use our own stock and the stock of manufacture, so we are only limited to the current stock status. This is the reason we never capture your payment but first authorize it.
Please note that delivery charges will increase with the weight of the parcel. The courier service will also calculate the volume weight which depends on the parcel measurements. That will result in some extra charges.
